Puget Sound Christian Clinic is located in the front of North Seattle Alliance Church.

Clinic Hours:
  Medical and Dental care: Wednesday evenings, 5-9 p.m. and Friday mornings: 8 a.m. – noon

  Professional Counseling: Thursday afternoon/evening

 

All services are provided by appointment only. We are unable to provide care to walk-ins.

 

Appointments are scheduled by volunteers. To schedule an appointment, leave a message by calling (206) 363-4105, option 1.  For a medical appointment, choose extension 1 and for dental appointments, extension 2.

Directions:

From I-5 Northbound: Take the Northgate Way exit (Exit 173) toward 1st AVE NE, choosing the center lane.  Turn left onto 1st Ave NE, remaining in the center lane and turn left onto Northgate Way at the light. Proceed west bound, under I-5, to the second light and turn right onto Meridian Ave. N. Proceed north on Meridian to the second stop sign, N 122nd St. Turn right onto 122nd N., North Seattle Alliance Church is on the left.

From I-5 Southbound: Take the Northgate Way exit (Exit 173) Northgate Way, westbound. Turn right at the light, onto Northgate Way, and proceed westbound in the right lane to the light. Turn right onto Meridian Ave. N., continue to the 2nd stop sign. Turn right onto 122nd N., North Seattle Alliance Church is on the left..

 

From Aurora:  Turn east onto 125th.  Take 125th to Densmore and turn right.  At 122nd, turn left.  The church is about a block down on the left.

By Bus:  Routes 316, 345 or 346 to the corner of N 122nd St & Meridian Ave N.
